    1. Students who submit the application form within one month of completing the program will receive the certificate free of charge.

    2. Students who submit the application form 1–3 months after completing the program will be charged an administrative fee of HK$50.

    3. Students who submit the application form 3–6 months after completing the program will be charged an administrative fee of HK$300.

    4. Applications for certificates submitted more than 6 months after program completion will not be accepted under normal circumstances.

    Certificate Collection

    1. Students who collect their certificate within 3 months of notification will not incur any charges.

    2. Students who collect their certificate 3–6 months after notification will be charged an administrative fee of HK$300.

    3. Students who collect their certificate 6 months to 1 year after notification will be charged an administrative fee of HK$500.

    4. Students who collect their certificate 1–5 years after notification will be charged an administrative fee of HK$800.

    5. Certificates requested more than 5 years after notification will be issued as an Attendance Proof at a cost of HK$400.

    Full-Time Programmes

    1. Application Submission – Applicants applying online will receive an acknowledgment email. All applicants must attend an interview, with arrangements communicated via email or phone. If you do not receive interview details within 1 month, please email us at info@momentumacademy.co.in for verification.

    2. Interview Selection – Eligible applicants may be invited for an interview or selection test. Notifications will be sent via email, phone, or SMS. You can also check your application status by contacting info@momentumacademy.co.in.

    3. Application Result – Admission is based on interview/test performance, academic records, and non-academic achievements. Successful applicants may receive an offer immediately or after pending approvals. Applicants not notified by early August will be considered unsuccessful.

    4. Enrolment and Orientation – Enrolment takes place from late June to early August. Orientation is held on the first day of school.

    5. Class Commencement – Classes begin in early September or October.

    Interest Class Programmes

    1. Application Submission – Applicants will receive an acknowledgment call or email. If spaces are available, students must pay the tuition fee to secure their spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Late applications will be considered for the next available programme. If you do not receive acknowledgment within 3 days, please email us at info@momentumacademy.co.in for verification.

    Upon admission, the Academy will help you to apply for a student visa, only on a full time programme. As it may take 4 weeks to 8 weeks for the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to process your student visa application (You are strongly advised to submit it as soon as you have received a confirmation on the admission offer from the Academy). You will be informed of the details of visa applications, immigration regulations, health care, cost of living and other non-academic matters of concern to non-local students if you are offered admission to one of our programmes

    The following is a list of documents we require for the submission of student visa

    1. Copy of the bio data page of the applicant’s passport or a copy of any other relevant travel document

    2. Acceptance letter from the institution.

    3. Applicant’s recent passport photograph x 4.

    4. Applicant’s previous educational certificate and transcripts.

    5. Proof of applicant’s financial status (e.g. bank statements, savings, account passbooks, salary slips, previous employment contracts etc.) and when the Applicant is unable to show that they have sufficient means for their educational fees, accommodation, living expenses please see (8) below

    6. Proof of where the Applicant will stay (with proof of accommodation)

    7. The minimum fund to be shown is HKD 150,000.

    8. When the Applicant is unable to show financial means to study the course then there must be a financial sponsor. For the financial sponsor, we would require the following

    • An undertaking (letter) by the sponsor that he will cover the educational fees and all living expenses of the applicant. It must also state what the relationship with the applicant is and why he is sponsoring the applicant. Photocopy of the sponsor’s Hong Kong Identity Card (if applicable).

    • Photocopy of the sponsor’s passport and/or travel documents.

    • Proof of the sponsor’s financial standing (e.g. bank statements, or company documents).

    • Bank statements highlighting that the financial sponsor has deposited the sum of money to the applicant and state in his undertaking that the money is for the applicant’s use

    For non-local students requiring a student visa to stay in Hong Kong, the fee is refundable if the visa application is rejected by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. A deduction of $1,500 HKD will be applied, and the refund will be processed within 14 working days

    Kitchen Entry – Store your belongings in the designated area, keep valuables with you, wash and sanitize your hands, and follow the instructor’s directions.

    Food Waste & Garbage – Dispose of food waste in black bags and regular trash in white bags. Do not pour grease or sauces into the sink. Bring two towels (yellow for drying, brown for wiping). Recycle paper, plastic, metal, cartons, and glass—ask for assistance if needed.

    Safety – No running. Handle knives carefully, carrying them pointing down. Do not touch switches or unplug appliances without approval.

    Uniform – Wear the full school uniform: chef jacket, apron, oven cloth, hat, dark trousers, and non-slip shoes. Skirts, shorts, sandals, slippers, and heels are not permitted (insurance will not cover injuries).

    Make-up Lessons – Make-up classes are only allowed if approved by the college.

    Certificate – Requires at least 75% attendance. Certificates are issued approximately 3 months after course completion; notifications will be sent via WhatsApp.

    Feedback – Complete the electronic questionnaire before the final class.

    Uniform Deposit & Reminders – Return your uniform after the last class for a partial deposit refund. Take your temperature, wear the uniform, and be in class before 7 PM. Collect all belongings after each class.
